Merrell Bailey is a recovering CPA who crossed over to the dark side to practice solely as an attorney in the areas of probate, wills, trusts, and estate planning, transfer taxes, and asset protection planning. All of Merrell’s clients are uncommonly attractive with a great sense of humor – and many of them happen to have higher wealth and family limited partnerships, too.
