Michael E. Morris is an attorney admitted to practice in Florida and New York State Courts, as well as the Northern and Middle District Federal Courts in Florida, and Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals at the Federal level.  He has extensive experience in the areas of family law, general civil litigation, family law, at both the trial and appellate levels.  In addition, he does estate planning for individuals and couples, mainly in the LGBT community.

He is very active in the Florida Bar, the Orange County Bar Association, the Central Florida Bankruptcy Law Association, the Central Florida Lesbian & Gay Law Association.   He has also participated as a presiding and scoring judge for several of the State High School Mock Trial Championships.  He has several outside interests including swimming, reading, theater, movies, and the beach that keep him well-rounded.

Susan Jane Kutkiewicz practices in the areas of bankruptcy, probate, family law, and estate planning.  Before entering the legal profession, Susan was an Orange County Public School teacher and Disney manager.  At Florida State University College of Law, Susan served as a journal editor, a Guardian Ad Litem, and as President of the American Constitution Society.  After graduating in the top 11% of her class, Susan joined the law firm of Hopping Green & Sams before moving back to Orlando and entering private practice.  Susan is admitted to practice in the federal courts of the Middle District of Florida as well as all Florida state courts.  She is an active member of the Orange County Bar Association, Metropolitan Business Association, and CFGLLA.
